Katrina Lewycky

As a massage therapist, Katrina is able to utilize her interests of anatomy and movement to help people feel better. Katrina's massages are firm and precise, targeting problem areas without causing discomfort. Clients leave feeling deeply relaxed, yet their muscles feel worked through in all the right spots. Katrina has a keen interest in treatments to help alleviate pain and discomfort related to scoliosis. She also offers pregnancy massage, face massage and intra-oral massage. As a teenager Katrina underwent spinal surgery. Her recovery was most positively influenced by prioritizing physical activity and exercise which led to her skiing and playing soccer within the same year. After completing her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology (hons) at UofT she discovered the benefits of massage therapy in her own feel good care routine and decided to pursue a new career as a Registered Massage Therapist. One of her main interests is helping people return to or maintain doing activities that bring them joy such as participating in a pilates class or cooking a meal for loved ones pain free. Whether you already know you love massage or are looking to book in for your first Massage Therapy treatment, Katrina is happy to answer your questions and curate an individualized treatment for you. Feel free to send her an email and book your upcoming appointment here.
